Shipping Policy

Items usually ship in 7-14 business days, however due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. 

Inclement weather conditions, limited product availability, extended holidays and/or heightened demand may at times impact shipping time frame. Customers will be notified by email or phone if aforementioned circumstances will affect the general delivery schedule of their purchase.

Inconsistent shipping and billing addresses may also impact shipping time frame due to extended order verification process. Customers will be notified by email, text or telephone if authorization prior to shipment is necessary.

International Customers

Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks shipping time for International orders.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package. Please contact support@shopblackmelrose.com if you have any questions.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds.

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
